Harvesting & prep

  • Gloves are mandatory: Harvest nettle tops with shears.
  • Tactile grounding: Tear or chop the leaves roughly to settle the energy.

Making the concentrate

01. Cover leaves with high pH bottled water. Bring to a gentle boil. (5:1 Ratio). 02. Simmer low for 30 minutes. Keep the lid slightly ajar. 03. Turn off heat. Let rest, covered, for 1–2 hours or overnight. 04. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth, pressing out every bit of liquid. 05. ADD 1–2CM OF CONCENTRATE TO A MUG; TOP WITH HOT OR COLD WATER. 06. Label jars with date and who helped make them. Refrigerate immediately.
